The EAT FIT Box is a collection of our best low carb goodies you can use to swap for those regular high carb ones you have been used to. As each serving has no more than 6g net carbs (most are lower than 6g) you can be sure to be on track with your health goals.

In your box you will find:

1 loaf (choose from the variants Rustic Brown , Almond Blend, Savory Herbs or Multiseed), 6 dinner rolls, 5 small tortilla wraps, 3 savory bagels, 1 150g pack porridge, 1 150g pack granola, 1 pack fruit and nut crackers, 1 80g pack seasoned crisps

This bundle box has enough carb swaps good for 50 servings.

Keep one week's worth of swaps in the ref and freeze the rest. Crackers, crisps, granola and porridge can be kept in their containers at room temperature.
